Intuitive and Mindful Eating Weight loss can be a challenge at any age.
For the past several years, I have counseled many clients on weight management. Often clients admit they know what they need to do, but have difficulty finding the motivation to DO it. Consider the lifestyle changes you are willing to make and take it one step at a time.
In my experience, diets generally don’t work - at least not for the long term. Finding a sustainable plan that suits your lifestyle will allow you to find a healthy weight and feel better. Changing our behavior is hard. Recognizing which habits you are willing to change is the first step to have some lasting positive results.
